OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Aftersales Department – Barbados

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented professional to join our Aftersales Department as Operations & Administrative Support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient departmental operations by providing administrative support, coordinating documentation, and facilitating communication with our Trinidad office to ensure timely and accurate processing of Aftersales records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of documents and support invoice reconciliation and shipment costing
  • Prepare, scan, and submit documents for costing; maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with procurement and receiving of local and foreign parts
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and liaise with Customs as required
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and departmental data
  • Oversee general administrative tasks including office equipment and stationery
  • Maintain and update departmental attendance and vacation records

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or operations role
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience in procurement and/or logistics is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
