Job Summary
The Service Advisor is the first line of contact for the customers during the service process. He/she is the communication liaison between the customer and the dealership and is always therefore expected to represent the Company as per guidelines. He/she must provide customers with a quality service that exceeds their expectations, whilst maximizing department sales of service and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To always meet and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a high level of customer experience

  • To complete a physical inspection, identifying and recording damages to the vehicle, and its contents.
  • To generate repair orders and confirm details of scheduled appointment and/or further identify customers’ needs, concerns, promise time of vehicle ensuring that precise information is recorded on the repair orders.
  • Ensure the relevant documented approvals for warranty and internal jobs are granted prior to jobs being done and attached to repair orders.
  • Use Appointment Calendar to pre-book service appointments.
  • To be the customer line of communication.
  • To perform any other duties which may be related to the above as requested by Management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 CXCs or an associate degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or operations role
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
